Don't You Want Me?

I interested to this novel since I look the cover and read the epilogue. This novel talk about Estella de la Croix’ life, she’s a woman of appetites. Leading lady Stella has two ex-husbands, gorgeous clothes and a sweetly blonde toddler called Honey. After Stella divorce secondly, she didn’t want to married again, she just want making love and have fun with the men. So I curious why Stella didn’t want married again and want to know about France’s life because she is a French girl. Besides that, the font size is large enough; it made me relaxed and fresh to continue my reading.

There were some characters of this novel, like: Estella de la Croix (she is the main character of this novel, she got a few handicaps: she is the wrong side of thirty-five, and her French hot bloodedness is liable to turn grown men pale, Honey (Stella’s adorable), Frank Keane, (a talented artist who shares Stella's house with her, Stella’s best friend, cleverly, kindly and joyfully), Louis( Stella’s friend, she is looking extraordinary pretty, and a natural beauty), Two ex-husbands (Rupert and Dominic). I could say Frank as my favorite character, even he was not the main character. It was because the forbearance Frank could make Stella realize that there were men who loved her honestly. He always take care honey (Stella’s daughter) and didn’t want to take drugs, and having sex before married.

The most beautiful moment was when Stella fixes up her friend Louisa with Frank, Louisa want Frank loved her but frank just love with Stella, Louis melakukan segala cara demi mendapatkan cintanya Frank. Finally, Stella finds herself becoming jealous of the twosome and realizes that she wants Frank for herself. When Frank and Stella wind up in bed together one night, Stella begins to realize that a love connection may have been under her nose the entire time. She realized that Frank is her soul mate

I have got learn from this novel that we could just have a trauma, but never let it go far and be an obstacle to attain happiness. Realize that they who really love you are they who are always beside you when you are happy and even sad. Like Frank, he always stayed beside Stella, although she did not care of him. Even Frank did not mind looking after Stella. Frank always advised her. So, finally Stella begins to realize that a love connection may have been under her nose the entire time. She realized that Frank is her soul mate.
